Early Bird Registration Deadline: May 15, 2026
The registration fee includes daily lunch, coffee and tea breaks, and a welcome reception.
Each participant is required to transfer the registration fee individually. When making the payment, please include your full name-ISCHA8 in the payment remark (e.g., John Smith – ISCHA8).
After completing the payment, participants are requested to upload the payment proof, such as a remittance receipt or bank transfer confirmation, through the conference Personal Center or according to the instructions provided on the conference website.
Students are required to provide proof of student status, such as a student ID card or an equivalent document, when uploading the payment proof.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to the conference secretariat: ischa2026@126.com
For cancellation requests received on or before June 10, 2026, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of USD 50 (or RMB 300).
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after June 10, 2026.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Any bank service charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
